The SD Dating Game

San Diego, get ready for a night of laughs, surprises, and instant chemistry! The SD Dating Game is a live twist on the classic TV dating show from the 60’s + a fun way to make new connections!

Two singles will each choose between three mystery contestants through playful Q&A, without ever seeing them face-to-face. Whether you’re in the hot seat or cheering from the crowd, it’s the perfect chance to connect, vibe, and maybe even spark something real.

What To Expect as a Chooser or Contestant:

• Be part of the show in one of two rounds (one woman choosing from 3 bachelors, one man choosing from 3 bachelorettes).
• The chooser asks questions (that they have written themselves beforehand) while contestants answer sight unseen—just like the classic Dating Game.
• At the end of the round, the chooser picks who they want to match with, and the pair will head out on a same-night date at a nearby sponsoring bar with a gift card at a nearby sponsoring bar—no ghosting, no flaking, just instant opportunity for connection.
• Contestants not chosen still get their moment—audience members can mingle, swap numbers, and maybe score a date of their own after the show.
• Expect lots of laughs, a little mystery, and the chance to spark something unexpected.

What to Expect as an Audience Member:

• Watch the live action of San Diego’s Dating Game unfold in a fun, social, low-pressure space.
• Enjoy comedian-hosted crowd work and interactive moments that keep the energy high.
• Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase, so come hungry and thirsty.
• Meet other singles (and fellow dog lovers!) during social breaks and after the show.
• If you spot a contestant who wasn’t chosen, they’re still fair game! You’ll have a chance to connect—you can drop your number or pull them for a chat!
